General

Purpose:

As a Stock Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers enjoy a positive shopping experience. Your responsibilities will include engaging with customers in a friendly manner, adhering to company standards, maintaining a tidy work area, and ensuring merchandise is well-presented. You will be assigned various tasks throughout your shifts based on business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure safety is the top priority; report any unsafe conditions to Store Leadership immediately.
• Maintain a clean and organized shopping environment for customers.
• Assist customers by being register‑trained, answering questions, and providing support with merchandise.
• Greet customers warmly, making eye contact and expressing gratitude for their business.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and handle issues with professionalism.
• Support the company brand and uphold integrity in all interactions.
• Perform cleaning duties to keep the store welcoming and hygienic.
• Merchandise newly received products quickly and according to company guidelines.
• Understand and implement loss prevention practices.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and in line with company policies.
• Maintain productivity by following all best practices during store operations.

Qualifications: Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor are essential for interacting with customers and associates. Basic math skills for retail transactions are also required.

Physical Demands: The role requires standing, walking, and movement throughout the store, with the ability to lift and move items over 25 pounds occasionally. Tasks may also involve using janitorial and store equipment.

This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
