Develop and support Membership by providing information on membership benefits, promoting product services, processing membership upgrades and credit accounts, participating in sales and marketing events, and striving to meet membership goals. Maintain facility safety through adherence to standards, conduct safety sweeps, forklift spotting, hazardous material handling, and reporting unsafe situations. Fulfill Member Fax n Pull and Click n Pull orders, ensuring order accuracy and handling out‑of‑stock merchandise.

Complete work assignments using policies, data, and resources, collaborating with managers, coworkers, and customers. Provide member service, assist with purchasing decisions, resolve issues and promote company offerings. Comply with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.

• Hourly wage range: $17.00–$25.00 (minimum wage applicable by location).
• Premiums: $0.35–$3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.
