Stocking Team Associate

Job Overview

Stocking associates focus on unloading trucks and stocking new freight. They spend the majority of their time in the backroom. Associates must be able to lift heavy objects in excess of 50 pounds. Ability to operate heavy machinery, such as forklifts, may also be required.

Base hourly wage: $14 – $27 per hour.

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums may be paid at rates ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums can be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed, and multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
