The role involves providing customer/member service at the Sam's Club location, facilitating membership program communication, handling merchandise, operating the gas station/car wash area, and maintaining cleanliness and safety.

• Communicate and explain membership types, programs, and benefits to members.
• Assist customers with purchasing decisions, locate merchandise, and resolve issues.
• Maintain the gas station/car wash area: cleaning, organizing, accurate pricing, handling claims and returns, arranging merchandise.
• Receive and stock merchandise/supplies, maintain logs and paperwork per company procedures.
• Operate equipment such as cash registers and gas station equipment, process payments, and maintain equipment.
• Ensure a safe shopping and work environment.

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
