Responsibilities- Exceed sales targets by delivering best‑in‑class business‑to‑consumer sales and customer service within The Home Depot, engaging directly with customers to understand their needs and recommend tailored TTI product solutions.
- Plan and execute promotional events, product demos, and store walks to drive consumer engagement and increase product sales.
- Support and implement corporate brand marketing initiatives and promotional activities to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
- Ensure brand presence and sales‑readiness through strategic merchandising, optimal product placement, and completion of store objectives and resets, leveraging data analytics through Microsoft Power BI to drive decisions and maximize impact.
- Develop a strong understanding of the retail marketplace, including customer profiles, product applications, competitive landscape, and channel dynamics.
- Participate in TTI’s world‑class training program to gain the knowledge to work independently within your assigned market.
- Build and manage relationships with The Home Depot team members to enhance in‑store execution and cultivate long‑term business partnerships.
- Effectively manage inventory levels through down‑stocking, maintaining product accessibility, and ensuring prompt reporting of all tasks and responsibilities.
- Participate in merchandising resets to support TTI’s relentless innovation, ensuring the timely placement of cutting‑edge products and solutions that drive growth, competitive advantage, and meet evolving market needs, all while adhering to TTI’s safety policies.
- Minimum age of 21 years.
- Eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship or restrictions.
- Ability to pass drug screening and motor vehicle record screening.
- Valid United States driver’s license for at least one continuous full year in at least one state.
- Personal vehicle or reliable form of transportation and valid personal vehicle insurance.
- Travel to and from assigned store locations and occasional travel for meetings, projects, events, and air travel as required.
- Transportation of small amounts of company property, such as company devices, demo tools, tool kit, and safety supplies.
- Capacity to reach and/or lift overhead and use ladders to move products.
- Ability to lift and transport heavy tools (up to 50 lbs.) and request assistance as needed.
- Ability to use hands to maneuver small objects, assemble tools, and build displays.
- Ability to work nights and weekends as required throughout the year.
- Ability to work full time and stand for the duration of a retail shift meal and rest breaks.
- Strong organizational, planning, and time‑management skills.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Multilingual abilities preferred in markets where relevant.
- Formal higher education preferred but not required; equivalent experience will be considered.
- Relocation may be required for future promotional opportunities.
- Target hourly pay range: $24.04 – $25.96 per hour, equating to an annual salary range of $50,000 – $54,000.
- Sales contests and incentives to earn additional income.
- Vehicle allowance of $400 per month, totaling $4,800 per year.
