Product Manager – Commercially Savvy
The role supports the growth and execution of our product strategy across key technology areas including:
- Electromechanical Systems
- Interconnect Solutions
- Wire/Cable & HMP Products
- Support Product Strategy Execution: work closely with the Manager, Product Management to implement strategies across assigned product lines, aligning with company growth objectives.
- Sales Enablement &
Collaboration:
partner with Sales teams to develop value propositions, sales tools, and training materials; act as a key product resource during customer engagements. - Go-to-Market Coordination: collaborate with Product Management and Marketing to plan and execute product launches, promotional campaigns, and customer communications.
- Customer Engagement & VOC: participate in voice-of-customer activities, gather feedback, and translate market insights into actionable product or sales initiatives.
- Pricing & Competitive Intelligence: support pricing strategies and conduct competitive benchmarking to identify market opportunities and inform sales tactics.
- Performance Tracking: monitor key product sales metrics, pipeline activity, and customer feedback to identify trends and recommend improvements.
- Cross-Functional Teamwork: liaise with Engineering, Supply Chain, and Quality teams to support product availability, customization, and delivery needs related to sales opportunities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or technical master’s degree is a plus.
- 3–5 years of experience in a product management, technical sales, or commercial role.
- Familiarity with one or more of the following product domains: electromechanical assemblies, connectors or interconnect technologies, and wire & cable systems.
- Understanding of aerospace or industrial markets preferred.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, cross‑functional environment.

- U.S. Citizen, U.S. Permanent Resident (Green Card holder) or asylee/refugee status as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3) required.
- ITAR Requirement.
- 120.15. Some positions will require current U.S. Citizenship due to contract requirements.
- This position requires access to information that is subject to compliance with the International Traffic Arms Regulations ("ITAR") and/or the Export Administration Regulations ("EAR"). Applicants will be asked to provide documentation to verify U.S. person status under the ITAR and the EAR.
