As a Farmers Insurance Sales Producer you will build and develop client relationships within local communities to promote our products. We will support you as you grow and learn within our agency. As your client base grows, your earning potential grows as well through a combination of performance earned bonuses and earned commission.

• Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
• Solicits for new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources.
• Develop insurance quotes, makes sales presentations, and closes sales.
• Develop ongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, etc.
• Ask each customer for referrals and explain our referral program.
• Be outstanding at relationship building.
• Presents and explains insurance policy options based upon prospective client needs.
• Market to local businesses
• Participate in marketing events

• Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
• Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency.
• Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.

• Successful sales background
• 18 years or older
• Have P&C Insurance License and Life & Health Insurance License or willing to obtain!
