• Bailey Medical Center offers a full range of medical services, including general surgery, maternity, gynecology, bariatrics, orthopedics and emergency care. The 73-bed hospital is one of the most technologically advanced hospitals in the region.

• The Security Manager is responsible for overseeing shifts of security staff, scheduling, training newly hired security officers and managing daily operations.
• Oversee the day-to-day operations, management and guidance of the security force for the protection of patients, visitors, staff, hospital property and grounds from discomfort, and/or disruption due to vandalism, theft, bodily harm and/or malicious mischief.
• Incumbent must provide and maintain own personal equipment for use while on duty included but not limited to a firearm and handcuffs.
• Ability to maintain a safe environment by being physically able to chase suspects by foot (as needed), take control of combative suspects (as necessary), place suspects in custody if the need arises until local authorities are notified and respond to make the arrest.

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Three (3) years of security or Law Enforcement experience
• CLEET Certification (Armed)
