As a Field Service Technician, you will serve as a first‑line response to customers, communicating in an open, helpful, and engaging manner with the focus on finding the right solution. You will organize, triage customer issues, and handle problems before they arise. Your formal training, provided through NCR Atleos, will enable you to deliver customers what they need timely and effectively.

Field technicians will:

• Perform customer installation, maintenance, and service calls promptly and effectively.
• Service electromechanical equipment such as ATMs and self‑checkout systems within an assigned territory.
• Perform maintenance, repair, and system overhauls.
• Manage network faults, traffic, configuration, security, and remote system access.

Salary range: $40,800.00 to $59,200.00, depending on experience.

• Local candidate to specific geographic area.
• Authorized to work in the US.
• At least 19 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license and driving record that satisfies the fleet requirements.
• PC skills, basic electronic skills, and operating system familiarity.
• Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Prolonged travel with driving several hours per day.
• Availability for rotating and weekend shifts.
• Capacity to lift and carry tools, parts, and equipment up to 50 lbs. without assistance.
• Ability to bend, squat, walk, stand, sit, reach, work with hands, and repetitively grasp and manipulate objects of varying size.

• Familiarity with large servers, mainframe computers, and imaging software.
• A+ Certification, CompTIA N+, or similar.
• One or more years of related experience.
