Salesforce Platform Developer – Flow-First

Responsibilities

• Design and implement business solutions using Salesforce Flow (Record-Triggered, Screen, Scheduled, Platform Event Flows);
  Validation Rules;
  Approval Processes;
  Dynamic Forms & Dynamic Actions;
  Formula Fields
• Follow a “clicks before code” development philosophy
• Build reusable, scalable, and well-documented automation solutions
• Create and maintain Lightning Web Components (LWC) for advanced UI requirements
• Support integrations with REST/SOAP APIs and third-party systems
• Apply Salesforce best practices for:
  Flow governance;
  Error handling;
  Naming conventions;
  Security and sharing;
  Deployment management
• Partner with admins and business teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions

• 4 + years of Salesforce platform development experience
• Strong expertise in:
  Salesforce Flow;
  Lightning Web Components (LWC);
  App Builder;
  Apex (as needed)
• Experience with:
  Sales Cloud; CPQ /Revenue Cloud;
  Reporting and Dashboards
• Experience designing complex Flow automations at enterprise scale
• Understanding of Salesforce governor limits and platform architecture
• Experience with Salesforce Dev Ops and deployment tools:
  Copado / Gearset / Dev Ops Center; SFDX
• Knowledge of security model :
  Profiles;
  Permission Sets;
  Sharing Rules;
  Field-Level Security
