Climate Express Drivers make America Great one mile at a time, and they run a lot of miles. The trucks are 2022 or newer Volvo 760, automatic, featuring ergonomically designed seats, optimal steering position, 70 L /96 W sleepers, larger than average built‑in refrigerators, auxiliary power units, dual antennas, flat screen TV mount, satellite radios, and a 68 cruise control and pedal.

Safety is the responsibility of everyone. Our Operations team is experienced and will dispatch you safely and legally. Most freight is in the middle corridor of the United States, and we do not force dispatch through the mountains of the West Coast or to NY City. Your truck will undergo regular maintenance, and the shop is available 24/7.

Drivers regularly meet face‑to‑face with managers and team members. We want every driver to feel at home, not just a part of the trucking industry. Drivers and dispatchers know each other by name.

Pay is based on work record and experience and will be determined after you are fully processed. We pay our professionals loaded and empty on practical miles, which is up to 5‑7% more miles a year than companies paying for short miles. More miles mean more money. We offer annual raises, merit raises, safety and a performance bonus. Top performers earned over 100k last year.
