Climate Express Drivers drive across America, making a great impact one mile at a time. The role involves operating 2022 or newer Volvo 760 trucks, which are automatic and highly equipped for safety and comfort.

• Automatic transmission
• Ergonomically designed seats, optimized steering
• 70 L / 96 W sleepers
• Built‑in refrigerator, auxiliary power units, dual antennas
• Flat‑screen TV mount, satellite radio

Safety is a shared responsibility. Operations staff will dispatch and support drivers legally and safely, primarily within the middle corridor of the United States. Trucks undergo regular maintenance and are serviced 24/7.

Drivers meet face‑to‑face with managers and team members, fostering a supportive environment. The operations department is available 24/7.

Pay is based on work record and experience and is determined after full processing. Drivers are paid on practical miles, earning 5%-7% more than companies that pay for short miles. Annual raises, merit raises, safety and performance bonuses are also offered. Top performers earned over $100k last year.

Understanding the need for work‑life balance, the company ensures drivers can maintain relationships with their families. Operations work hard to ensure timely returns home.
