Lien and Doc Specialist

Position Summary

The Lien and Doc Specialist will obtain information on customer construction projects to facilitate preliminary notices of lien rights. The Specialist will track project payment progress and apply the information to review, mark up, send for legal review, and provide lien waivers to customers as requested or needed. They will also assist in onboarding new customer accounts, including pulling and reviewing credit information as well as making recommendations.

• Collect and process Project Information Sheets
• Review project tracking reports
• Collect and process Lien Waivers
• Process Credit application requests
• Prepare Export documentation
• Process Credit reference requests
• Other duties as assigned

• Good organizational and communication skills; both oral and written
• High School diploma or GED
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
• Ability to read, write and understand work instructions
• Basic math skills
• Customer service mindset

• Associate’s degree in accounting or related field

$19.00 - $22.00 per hour
