Internal Operations Intern

• Review and organize client incoming tax documents
• Assist with intake of tax information and prepare documents for routing
• Track and keep current all client documents
• Organize, scan, and process tax documents
• Assemble client tax returns following established procedures
• Assist the team in meeting strict government deadlines
• Perform e-filing and other final delivery steps
• Prepare informational tax documents as needed
• Provide general operational support and complete other requested responsibilities

• Working towards the achievement of a bachelor’s degree
• Degree in Accounting or Finance strongly preferred
• Willingness to learn new technologies
• Proficient with Microsoft (MS) Windows and Office products
• Reliable transportation
• Willingness to travel to client sites
• Must be available for the anticipated January 2027 to April 2027 internship period

Demonstrates strong organizational skills in managing and processing client tax documents while adhering to strict deadlines. Proficient in Microsoft Office and committed to learning new technologies to enhance operational support.
