Shipping & Logistics Coordinator; Office-Based

Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Duration: 6 months with potential to convert to full-time

Job Summary:

We are seeking an office-based Shipping Clerk / Logistics Coordinator to support shipping and logistics operations at an HVAC manufacturing facility. This role is administrative and clerical in nature
, focused on documentation, system updates, and communication —
not manual warehouse labor
.

• Verify and process shipping documentation (BOLs, invoices, shipping orders)
• Prepare, distribute, and file shipping paperwork to meet daily schedules
• Enter and update shipment data in internal systems (Oracle preferred)
• Communicate with customer service, logistics teams, and management regarding shipment status
• Track, expedite, and follow up on orders as needed
• Maintain accurate digital and physical shipping records
• Provide clerical support to shipping and logistics operations

• Previous clerical, administrative, or office experience in shipping, logistics, or manufacturing
• Experience with ERP systems (Oracle preferred)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Associate degree preferred (not required)
