The Director of Operations is responsible for the smooth day-to-day operation of Trinity Lutheran Church, working closely with the Senior Pastor to implement the congregation’s mission, vision, and strategic plans.
Key areas of responsibility include personnel supervision, financial administration, facilities management, and general congregational administration.
The ideal candidate brings experience in human service, business or church leadership, strong organizational and communication skills, and a genuine commitment to the mission of the church.
$65,000-$75,000 + benefits. Salary is based on experience and education.
