Monday-Friday 7am-4:30pm

$22-$25 an hour depending on experience

• Assist or coordinate the timely and complete development of electrical cost estimates
• Perform and validate electrical take-offs from drawings and specifications
• Coordinate the input parameters for cost estimates
• Assist in compiling information from all estimating disciplines into one cost estimate
• Establish site-specific estimating criteria including wage and person-hour productivity rates
• Provide innovative solutions for construction, estimating issues and problems.
• Review design documents such as specifications and drawings to identify risks and opportunities related to competitive pricing for key project elements.

• Knowledge of electrical construction methods, materials and processes
• Strong problem-solving skills and an analytical thinker with a professional demeanor
• Ability to prioritize given tasks and work efficiently towards completing them
• Good computer knowledge
• Excellent customer service skills
• Understanding of the National Electrical Code
