Typically Monday to Friday 8:30 am–6:00 pm (8‑hour shifts) with rotating Saturdays 9:00 am–1:00 pm (40‑hour week)

You will serve as the primary point of contact for members, delivering exceptional banking services with professionalism and courtesy. • High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior customer service experience.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Proficiency in 10‑key data entry by touch.
• Cash handling experience preferred.
• Regular attendance is essential.
