Typically Monday to Friday 8:30 am–6:00 pm (8‑hour shifts) with rotating Saturdays 9:00 am–1:00 pm (40‑hour week)

Your role as a Member Services Representative IYou will serve as the primary point of contact for members, delivering exceptional banking services with professionalism and courtesy. Your role is essential in fostering a member‑centric environment, acting as a vital liaison between members and other Credit Union staff. You will strengthen the Credit Union’s brand and image by consistently conducting yourself in a friendly, positive manner that reflects our core values.

- High school diploma or GED required.
- Prior customer service experience.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- Proficiency in 10‑key data entry by touch.
- Cash handling experience preferred.
- Regular attendance is essential.
