OverviewWe are partnering with a leading manufacturer known for its innovative production capabilities and strong commitment to employee development. We are seeking an experienced Bilingual Human Resources Generalist to support day-to-day HR operations and play a key role in advancing people‑focused initiatives at the site. In this role, you will be a primary resource for employees and leaders—providing guidance on employee relations, supporting training and development, improving Human Resources processes, and ensuring a positive, compliant workplace experience.
Responsibilities- Provide proactive Human Resources support to employees and managers across the site.
- Offer guidance on employee relations, coaching, development, and performance matters.
- Support recruitment efforts and participate in talent‑related decision making.
- Partner with HR team members to communicate and implement HR strategies.
- Assist with employee onboarding and training, including developing and delivering training programs.
- Maintain strong knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws to ensure compliance.
- Support compensation, benefits, and policy‑related activities.
- Continuously assess and improve internal human resources processes with a customer‑focused mindset.
- Provide backup support to the Human Resources Coordinator as needed.
- Minimum 3+ years of Human Resources experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Fluency in Spanish and English.
- Demonstrated experience in employee relations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work with sensitive and confidential information.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
