Life Fitness / Hammer Strength is seeking an on-site Human Resources Generalist for our Owatonna, MN manufacturing facility. You will lead hourly recruiting, manage staffing agencies, and provide front-line HR support for 400–450 team members.
You’ll partner with operations leaders on workforce planning, onboarding, and policy guidance while upholding confidentiality and compliance with employment laws. This role includes payroll backup and participation in continuous improvement initiatives.
