Salary: $70,000 - $82,000 per year

We are looking to bring on a Project Manager with 3+ years of industry experience.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in construction or entertainment production industries
• Three (3) years project management experience, preferred in construction industry
• Proficiency in MS Office suite
• Good communications skills

• Ability to read architectural drawings

• Development, tracking, and updating multiple project schedules to ensure that all projects are delivered on‑time and within scope and budget
• Interacting in a professional manner with all designers, engineers, production personnel, contractors, or customers involved with the same or related projects in cross‑functional team environment
• Coordination with the internal project team (engineering, manufacturing and installation) for the planning and execution of the projects
• Coordination with the client’s team (project manager, architects, consultants), to ascertain contract schedule, cost and quality objectives are met
• Coordinating submittals of documents including drawing coordination, product sample submittal and others as required
• Site readiness coordination with contractor and other trades
• Risk analysis and mitigation
• Project billings and costing analysis
• Research and presentation of changes to the contract scope
• Developing, tracking, updating and reporting on the contract schedule of values
• Conducting post‑mortem review and Lessons Learned for future projects
• Executing activities in order to achieve scope of bid and contract documents.
• Identifying non‑conformances and initiate Corrective Action Reports as necessary
