Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a Blender Operator to join their team. As a Blender Operator, you will be part of the production department supporting the manufacturing process. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to safety, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Blender Operator
Location: Owatonna, MN
Pay Range: $22
Shift: 4pm - 2:30am, Monday through Friday
What's the Job?
- Safely set up and operate equipment to optimize machine capability and product output
- Apply knowledge and skill to troubleshoot and address routine equipment malfunctions
- Ensure high-quality goods are produced by checking for defects or malfunctions
- Follow safety policies, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to production activities
What's Needed?
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- At least 2 years’ experience in manufacturing or related roles
- Strong technical skills and knowledge of machinery and equipment
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in various environmental conditions
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
