Job Description
Lead our tomato packing crew to make packaging faster, cleaner, and waste‑reduced.
Key responsibilities:
- Run two automated lines (conveyors, sorters, weighers, etc.)
- Train packers
- Hit daily quotas without drama
- Maintain a daily output of 40,000 lbs while preventing downtime
Qualifications:
- 3+ years experience on packing machinery (tomatoes is a plus; training provided)
- Eye for bottlenecks—fix them before they kill output
- Remain calm under pressure with high daily output
- Bonus: know how to tweak speed
