Paint Line Operator - 1st Shift

Job Purpose

To properly perform all pre & post powder-coating related activities in accordance with the quality standards established by the company to meet or exceed customer expectations.

• Working in a team environment
• Perform a variety of duties such as masking, loading, unloading, buffing, removing weld splatter, painted parts inspection.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Ability to use power tools
• Good eye for detail
• Understanding of safety
• High School Diploma or equivalent (Preferred)
• Previous experience in a production environment.

Will be working near moving equipment. Will also involve lifting up to 35 lbs. frequently, up to 50 lbs occasionally, reaching and repetitive motion. Work area is noisy and ear protection is required.
