To prepare and load product and parts for domestic and international shipments.

• Work closely with supervisor and/or lead for daily workflow and direction.
• Pull parts and finished goods from inventory and deliver to specified shipment staging areas.
• Perform a quality check on all outgoing products/shipments.
• Prepare shipments by verifying quantities and configurations of outgoing products as well as installing upholstery when appropriate.
• Meet Life Fitness loading specifications, ensuring the products are handled and packaged/wrapped appropriately for shipment.
• Rotate finished goods as required.
• Maintain all necessary warehouse and shipping documentation.
• Operate all warehouse material handling equipment.
• Notify supervisor of any problems with procedures or equipment.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
• Perform other related duties as required.

• Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office.
• Previous forklift driving experience.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience using a scan gun.
• Knowledge of manufacturing operations.
• Previous inventory experience.
• Transportation, warehousing, or materials handling background.

Will require heavy lifting of up to 35 lbs occasionally. Will require ability to work closely with other employees to maneuver and slide product in the back of the trailer routinely. Must be able to stand for long periods of time.

Material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, bander, pallets, common hand tools, scale and scan gun, stretch wrap machine, binder, impact wrench).

Pay range: $20.00 - $23.88 per hour, including eligibility for overtime and participation in the Production Bonus Plan. Earn additional compensation based on performance metrics and meeting production goals.
