We are looking for a Continuous Improvement Lead to join our team! In this position you will have a hand in the process of building some of the most elegant large-scale buildings across the world.
The Continuous Improvement Specialist (Lead) is responsible for leading and supporting organizational efforts to improve business processes using lean methodologies. This role partners with process leaders and cross-functional teams to plan and execute Kaizen events and problem‑solving projects that align with the company’s strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities- Serve as a lean expert and internal consultant across all organizational levels.
- Coach and mentor leaders in Continuous Improvement (CI) practices, including Managing for Daily Improvement (MDI).
- Lead Kaizen events, from planning and execution to post‑event follow‑up and sustainment.
- Deliver training sessions to build team competence in lean tools and CI methodologies.
- Analyze data to support CI activities and measure performance improvements.
- Stay current on industry best practices through ongoing education and networking.
- Travel may be required.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field required.
- 3–5 years of leadership experience, with proven expertise in lean and CI initiatives.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; able to tailor messages for varied audiences.
- Skilled in coaching, mentoring, and guiding teams through change and problem‑solving.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Visio).
- Demonstrated ability to manage project scope, timelines, and resources effectively.
- Must exemplify company values and promote a positive, respectful workplace.
This position is ideal for a self‑motivated leader with a passion for continuous improvement, a talent for training others, and a commitment to driving operational excellence.
Pay Range: $70,000 - $95,000
