Perform all pre-powder-coating tasks, including preparing parts, organizing materials, and setting up equipment according to established procedures;
Operate powder coating equipment and sprayers to apply coatings consistently and accurately to parts and assemblies;
Carry out post-powder-coating activities such as curing, cooling, and handling coated parts to maintain finish quality;
Inspect coated parts visually and dimensionally to verify they meet company quality standards and customer requirements;
Use hand and power tools safely to prepare, finish, and adjust parts during the coating process
