Clear can jams from Lacquer Spray Machines and upper conveyors to ensure smooth operation;
Inspect and monitor lacquer spray parameters including lacquer pressure, temperature, and film weight distribution;
Conduct and record process control checks and maintain safety and cleanliness of the work area;
Perform routine maintenance tasks such as setting guns, nozzles, can guides, and spray delays;
Carry out preventative maintenance and equipment set-up evaluations after adjustments
