Who We Are
Christian Brothers Cabinets is the custom cabinetry shop behind Highmark Companies, a family of construction and restoration businesses built on being Wise, Intentional, Driven, Trustworthy, and Humble. In our shop, that shows up in the details: tight joints, matched grain, and cabinets that outlast the trend cycle. We combine old‑school woodworking craft with modern equipment, and we take pride in building things people actually notice.
Since 1976, Christian Brothers Cabinets has been offering high‑quality, custom cabinetry to clients and builders throughout the Twin Cities and southern Minnesota. Join this thriving, family‑owned business as we continue to expand our production capabilities.
The RoleWe’re looking for a Cabinet Builder who takes real pride in precise, high‑quality fabrication. You’ll work hands‑on every day, running boards through the CNC for an hour and hand‑fitting a face frame the next, building custom cabinets from cut list to finished product. This role reports to the Shop Foreman and works closely with the rest of the CBC team to keep orders moving through the shop every week.
If you like seeing a project go from raw material to something someone’s going to live with for the next 20 years, this is your shop.
