Line Coordinator | M - F

Coordinate the personnel, maintenance, and operations of the end line to achieve safety, quality, productivity, spoilage, and housekeeping requirements while maintaining operating efficiency and quality.

• Assess training needs of end line personnel and deliver or coordinate required training programs.
• Monitor individual progress and provide constructive feedback for performance evaluations.
• Organize, schedule, and track maintenance and repair of end line machinery and equipment.
• Review PM data to detect trends and issues, managing work assignments during changeovers, maintenance days, overhauls, and plant shutdowns.
• Develop and update SOPs for end line equipment, incorporating safe work practices and detailed JSAs.
• Monitor parts usage and maintain inventory levels, placing orders as necessary to ensure adequate stock of components and specialty tools.
• Attend construction and production meetings to contribute technical expertise and suggest improvements in product quality related to end line processes.
• Work with suppliers and machinery manufacturers to leverage new technologies.
• Coordinate trials and qualifications with the end line team, providing ideas and addressing concerns to enhance information flow.
• Provide additional assistance to end line maintainers with maintenance and repairs.
• Prepare and deliver comprehensive written and verbal reports to management as needed.
• Perform other job‑related duties as required.

• Experience in the operation, maintenance and overhaul of end line equipment.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills for interacting with vendors, contractors, management and other employees.
• Strong organizational and project planning skills, including time and resource management.
• Proficiency with computers and software such as Excel, Word, Outlook and e‑maintenance systems.
• High school education or GED.

Regular sitting, standing, walking, use of hands, reaching, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching or crawling; may be required to lift and move up to 10 pounds. Vision requirements include close, distance, color vision and ability to adjust focus.

Plant environment with exposure to moving mechanical parts, vehicular traffic, temperature variations, and loud noise levels. Some duties may be performed in typical office settings.
