Material Handler/Sorter (Night Shift)

Compensation: $24.90 per hour (weekly pay)

Schedule:

6:00 PM to 6:00 AM, rotating 4 days on / 4 days off

Job Type: Long-Term Temporary

We are seeking a reliable, safety‑conscious professional to join a premier manufacturing company in Owatonna. The role plays a critical part in the production cycle, ensuring product quality and maintaining workflow through manual sorting and forklift operation.

• Operate forklift to transport materials and finished goods throughout the facility.
• Perform high‑speed visual inspections to ensure products meet quality standards.
• Efficiently sort, organize, and manage materials on the production line.
• Assist with basic machinery tasks to maintain production efficiency.
• Collaborate with teammates, maintaining a clean and safe workspace in a fast‑paced environment.

• Previous forklift experience required; operating sit‑down forklifts preferred.
• 1–4 years of relevant experience.
• Strong reliability: punctual, dependable, and ready for the night shift.
• Good work ethic, accuracy, and ability to thrive in fast‑paced settings.
• Safety mindset: prioritize safety for self and teammates.
• Positive, solution‑oriented attitude.

No degree required.
