Job Overview

Spherion Staffing is looking for 10 energetic, reliable Production Team Members to join a fast‑paced food manufacturing team in Owatonna. This temporary seasonal role lasts approximately 2–3 months, starting Monday, July 13. The shift is 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM, Monday through Thursday, with possible overtime.

• Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour

• Production:
  Continuously monitor food items in production.
• Quality Control:
  Ensure all products meet safety and quality standards.
• Line Support:
  Assist with material handling and keep the production line moving smoothly.
• Cleanliness:
  Maintain a clean, sanitized, and safe work environment.

• Previous food manufacturing experience.
• Ability to stand, bend, and lift for a 12‑hour shift.
• Positive attitude, teamwork skills, and a strong work ethic.
• Reliability and punctuality for a short‑term role.
• Ability to follow strict food safety guidelines (good manufacturing practices).

• No degree required.
• 0–1 year relevant experience.
