Printing Press Technician/Operator –
Location:
Owatonna, MN | Job Type: Full‑time, Direct Hire (Permanent from Day 1)
Compensation:
Starting at $20.00‑$22.00+ per hour, with additional 3‑4 performance-based pay increases during the first year. Shift: Night Shift, 10‑hour shifts, 6:00 PM – 4:00 AM, Monday‑Thursday (3‑day weekends).

- Operate and monitor department machinery to maintain high‑quality production standards
- Make precise operational and mechanical adjustments as trained
- Load materials into machines, including handling large roll forms and managing material feeds
- Use material‑handling equipment (pallet jacks, etc.) to move stock safely
- Maintain accurate production logs and digital records
- Collaborate closely with a tight‑knit team to meet daily deadlines
- Keep your work area clean, orderly, and safe
- Steady stance: comfortable standing for long periods, bending, twisting, lifting up to 50 lbs routinely
- Ability to maneuver heavy materials with proper equipment (pallet jacks)
- Comfortable in a manufacturing environment with higher noise levels (safety gear provided)
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- 1‑4 years experience in a production or manufacturing environment preferred but not required
- Mechanical inclination and ability to troubleshoot basic machinery
- Strong eye for detail and commitment to producing high‑quality work under tight deadlines
6:00 PM – 4:00 AM, Monday‑Thursday, three‑day weekends.
