Job Overview
Spherion Staffing is looking for 10 energetic, reliable Production Team Members to join a fast‑paced food manufacturing team in Owatonna. This temporary seasonal role lasts approximately 2–3 months, starting Monday, July 13. The shift is 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM, Monday through Thursday, with possible overtime.
Pay & Schedule- Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour
- Start Date:
Monday, July 13 - Shift: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM, Monday–Thursday, with possible overtime
- Production:
Continuously monitor food items in production. - Quality Control:
Ensure all products meet safety and quality standards. - Line Support:
Assist with material handling and keep the production line moving smoothly. - Cleanliness:
Maintain a clean, sanitized, and safe work environment.
- Previous food manufacturing experience.
- Ability to stand, bend, and lift for a 12‑hour shift.
- Positive attitude, teamwork skills, and a strong work ethic.
- Reliability and punctuality for a short‑term role.
- Ability to follow strict food safety guidelines (good manufacturing practices).
- No degree required.
- 0–1 year relevant experience.
