Salary Range: $17.50 - $23.00 Hourly

Job Shift: Monday - Thursday, 5am - 3:30pm
- Review work assignments, paperwork, and other documentation/directions to facilitate the best planning of time and activity for the shift
- Performs manufacturing processes assigned according to established policies, procedures, and standards of the area
- Checks completed work for conformance with specifications, noting and forwarding Defective Material Report (DMR) data for decision and action by others
- Established quality and quantity standards are consistently met or exceeded, resulting in minimal downtime and/or rework
- Confers with Manager or department Lead to share information, observations, and recommendations for improvements in processes which might increase overall results within established quality standards
- Maintain the assigned area in a clean, orderly condition to minimize safety hazards and lost‑time accidents
- Contributes to a cooperative work effort through performance of assigned duties in an accurate and timely manner
- Demonstrates knowledge of manufacturing processes, minimizes uncertainty, and facilitates organization of materials and tools to meet established quality and quantity standards
- Provides general guidance and assistance for trainees in a manner which contributes to their development and overall results being achieved
- Ensure English proficiency for safety compliance and operational needs
- Continuously sit, stand, walk, talk, and hear; kneel, crouch, squat, bend, twist/turn; climb ladder/stairs; use hands and fingers to feel, handle or operate machines, equipment, tools or controls; reach with hands and arms; occasionally view a computer monitor; perform repetitive motion activities on the keyboard; continuously lift, move, push/pull up to and over 50 pounds; meet vision requirements including close vision, depth perception, color vision, and ability to adjust focus
- 3-6 months manufacturing experience
- Experience training others
- Experience understanding engineering drawings
- Experience performing mechanical assembly
- Experience performing electrical assembly
