Viracon LLC – Entry‑Level Production Associate (Day Shift)

Viracon LLC is continuously hiring entry‑level Production Associates to support our day shift operations in Owatonna, MN. Pay Range: $18.95 – $20.55/hr.

You will support manufacturing operations by assisting with workstation setup, loading and unloading materials, cutting, assembling, and inspecting glass products. You’ll work as part of a team to ensure production runs safely, efficiently, and meets quality standards.

This is an entry‑level role. No prior manufacturing experience is required. Candidates should be dependable, able to work a day shift schedule, follow instructions, and work safely in a fast‑paced environment. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs is required.

Hiring Criteria (required to be considered for direct hire):

• Minimum of 6 months continuous employment with a single employer within the past 3 years (1 year preferred). Prior manufacturing experience preferred.
• Completion of at least 6 months of college, technical, or vocational education within the past 12 months.
• Military service within the past 5 years with an honorable discharge.
• High school diploma or equivalent obtained within the past 12 months.

Additional Requirements:

• Ability to pass a pre‑employment drug screening, including marijuana.
• Ability to safely lift 50–60 lbs on a regular basis.
