Crown Holdings - - Responsibilities:
Perform set-up, maintenance, and ensure efficient operation of flangers, beaders, light testers, lacquer spray machines, IBOs, palletizers, and strappers;
Maintain and set-up back-end conveying systems, including single filers and can transfer apparatus;
Conduct scheduled inspections and document can specifications in the system (flanged can height, factory finished can height, flange width and angle, axial load and panel resistance, bead depth, rolling bead diameter, and placement, plug diameter, and oven temperature checks);
Perform visual checks to ensure compliance with standards and take corrective action when problems are found;
Complete necessary paperwork and documentation, including process check sheets, logbooks, and maintenance records
