Spherion Staffing is looking for 10+ energetic, reliable Production Team Members to join a fast-paced food manufacturing team in Owatonna. If you love staying active, working with a team, and want a steady schedule that gives you 3-day weekends every single week, this is the perfect gig for you.

• Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour

  ASAP
• NIGHT SHIFT - 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM | Monday through Thursday - May have some additional overtime.

This is a temporary, seasonal role. As a Production Team Member, you're at the heart of getting delicious food products packaged and ready for shelves. You won't be bored staring at a clock here.

Responsibilities:

• Production:
  Continuously monitoring the food items in production.
• Quality Control:
  Keeping a sharp eye out to ensure all products meet safety and quality standards.
• Assisti with material handling and keeping the production line moving smoothly.
• Maintaining a clean, sanitized, and safe work environment (safety first, always!)
• Clean up at the end of each shift.

Working hours:

6:00 PM - 6:00 AM

Skills:

• Previous experience working in a food manufacturing facility preferred but NOT required.

Education:

No Degree Required

Experience:

0-1 years

Qualifications:

• Ability to stand, bend, and lift for the duration of a 12-hour shift.
• A positive attitude, great teamwork skills, and a strong work ethic.
• Reliability is key. Because this is a seasonal role, showing up for your shifts is crucial to the team's success.
• Ability to follow strict food safety guidelines (good manufacturing practices).
