Assembler - 3rd Shift - $2​/hour Shift Differential

Earn more on nights – a $2/hour night shift differential.

Perform functions to build and inspect company products, working with units or parts while following established procedures in a team environment.

Monday-Thursday, 7:30 pm–6:00 am

• Prepare necessary materials for assembly.
• Follow schedules and established procedures to assemble components using hand tools, air tools and measuring equipment, ensuring specifications are met and performing full testing and inspections on units.
• Adaptable and willing to be cross‑trained at multiple stations as requested.
• Analyze rejected product, communicate with the Lead Assembler and assist in problem resolution.
• Use calibration and testing equipment effectively, ensuring product functions according to specifications.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment, including proper waste removal.
• Follow material replenishment processes.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Mechanical aptitude.
• Understanding of safety.
• Ability to operate hand tools, gauges, torque wrenches and production equipment.
• Ability to perform basic math computations.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read blueprints.
• Experience with hand tools.

Requires lifting of 35 lb. occasionally, hand/eye coordination, ability to stand for extended periods, repetitive motion, work area may be noisy.

Base wage: $19.00–$22.13 per hour with eligibility for overtime. Position eligible for $1.00 per hour 3rd‑shift differential and a $2.00 per hour night shift differential. Opportunity to earn a Production Bonus Plan based on performance metrics.
