Join a growing manufacturing team producing industry-leading fitness equipment. This hands-on role involves preparing, powder coating, and inspecting parts to ensure high-quality finished products.
What You'll Do- Prepare parts and materials for the powder coating process
- Apply powder coating using industrial coating equipment
- Inspect finished parts to ensure quality standards are met
- Use hand and power tools to support production activities
- Follow work instructions and safety procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- 6+ months of manufacturing, production, or general labor experience
- Experience using hand and power tools
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Mechanical aptitude and ability to work with parts and assemblies
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment
- Powder coating or industrial painting experience is a plus
- First Shift Available
- Monday through Thursday
- Overtime opportunities available on Fridays

Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Owatonna, MN.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.75 - $18.75/hr individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
