Pay Rate: $17.00 - $18.00/hr (Depending on shift) + Overtime Opportunities

Are you energetic, reliable, and ready to get to work fast? Spherion Staffing is hiring 10+ Production Team Members to join a dynamic food manufacturing environment in Owatonna. In this hands‑on role, you will be essential to packaging high-quality food products and keeping production moving efficiently.

12-hour shifts (

Note:

All shifts may require overtime as needed.)

Day

Shift: 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM | Monday
- Thursday

Night

Shift: 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM | Monday
- Thursday

Weekend Day

Shift: 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM | Friday
- Sunday

Weekend Night

Shift: 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM | Friday
- Sunday

• Line Production:
  Continuously monitor food products along the assembly line to ensure smooth, efficient flow.
• Quality Assurance:
  Inspect items to guarantee strict adherence to safety, packaging, and quality standards.
• Material Handling:
  Assist with stocking, moving, and prepping materials to keep production targets on schedule.
• Sanitation & Safety:
  Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation following strict Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
• Shift Cleanup:
  Perform routine line clearing and workstation sanitization at the conclusion of each shift.

• Previous food manufacturing or warehouse experience is a plus, but not required-we will train the right candidates!

• Ability to stand, bend, stretch, and lift repeatedly for the duration of a 12-hour shift.
• Outstanding attendance and punctuality are crucial to support overall team production goals.
• Strong work ethic, reliable communication, and a positive mindset.
• Commitment to following safety rules and food safety guidelines at all times.
