Floor Assembler
We are seeking dependable Assemblers to join a growing manufacturing team. In this role, you will help assemble and inspect a variety of products while following established production processes and quality standards. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, using tools, and working in a team-oriented environment.
Responsibilities- Assemble products, components, and subassemblies according to work instructions
- Inspect parts and finished products to ensure quality standards are met
- Use hand and power tools safely and effectively
- Follow established production procedures and safety guidelines
- At least 6 months of manufacturing, production, warehouse, or general labor experience
- Basic math skills, including addition and subtraction
- At least 6 months of experience using hand and power tools
- Mechanical aptitude and ability to learn assembly processes
- Ability to follow written instructions and work independently or as part of a team
- Previous assembly or manufacturing experience
- Ability to read assembly drawings, blueprints, or work instructions
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

This position requires standing for extended periods, frequent walking, bending, and repetitive motions. Candidates should be comfortable lifting up to 35 pounds as needed and working in a manufacturing environment where noise levels may vary.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Owatonna, MN.
Pay and Benefits:
The pay range for this position is $18.75 - $20.75/hr individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
