• Assemble materials and components into finished products using basic hand tools, power tools, and operational schematics or blueprints.
• Safely lift, transport, and position materials or finished parts weighing up to 50 lbs across the work center, utilizing proper lifting techniques or mechanical equipment.
• Inspect finished assemblies to ensure product standards are met, following all company safety protocols and maintaining a clean work space.

• Comfort using hand tools, power tools, or light machinery (training provided for entry-level roles).

• Ability to follow assembly instructions or blueprints.
• Attention to detail, safety awareness, and reliable attendance.
• A good work ethic and the ability to work well in a team environment.
