WhatYou’ll Do
As Health Finders Collaborative’s Community Giving Associate, you’ll help build meaningful relationships between Health Finders and the people who make our work possible. This is a next-step fundraising role designed for someone with some fundraising or related experience who is ready to deepen their skills while learning Health Finders’ values-based approach to fundraising. This position is part of Health Finders’ Advancement Team, which includes fundraising, communications, and community engagement. Together, we build strategies that center equity, community, and care. We are values-based fundraisers integrating Community-Centric principles into our work.

- Learn and support Health Finders’ annual appeal strategies.

- Help prepare stewardship materials, donor communications, and fundraising stories.
- Participate in donor strategy meetings and Advancement Team planning.

You’re excited to build your fundraising skills with the support of a skilled team, an Executive Director who is directly involved in fundraising and major gifts, mentorship from others, and hands-on experience.
You’re interested in growing into increased responsibility over time. You enjoy working with a team, sharing meals, stories, and care for each other as we take on the difficult and rewarding work of shifting healthcare system to work better for all patients.
