Position Overview
As an LPN, you will join our team to provide quality patient‑centered, evidence‑based care to our Residents.
Responsibilities- Utilize the principles of Relationship Based Care while performing duties.
- Conduct initial data collection on all residents.
- Participate in implementing person‑driven care plans as developed by RN.
- Current State licensure as a Practical Nurse, in good standing.
- Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
- Clinical experience preferred.
LPN range $30.74 - $34.40 per hour; RN range $41.00 - $45.29 per hour; evening and overnight shifts have a shift differential.
