Job Summary

Join our Women’s Health team at our Faribault and Owatonna Clinic and delivery services at Owatonna Hospital. Our providers deliver exceptional, whole‑person care for women in a diverse regional community setting. Our services include dedicated multi‑specialty medical staff, obstetrical care, newborn care, and gynecology.

Job Description
  • Certified Nurse Midwife provides full spectrum women’s health care in a clinic setting including prenatal care, post‑partum visits, family planning and office gynecology services
  • Clinic time split between Owatonna and Faribault Women’s Health clinics
  • Midwifery collaborative support is provided by a supportive OB/GYN and collaborative primary care physicians
  • Follows standards for Nurse Midwifery Practice established by the American College of Nurse‑Midwives and Minnesota statute
  • Professional liability insurance including tail
  • Clinic only
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree; graduate from an accredited school of nursing
  • Formal education as Nurse practitioner
Licenses/Certifications
  • Licensed Registered Nurse – MN Board of Nursing required upon hire
  • Certified Nurse Midwife – MN Board of Nursing required upon hire
Physical Demands

Medium Work*:

Lifting weight up to 32 lbs occasionally (Allina Safe Patient Moving Policy), up to 25 lbs frequently.

Pay Range

$130,000 to $145,000 per year. The pay described reflects the starting base pay range, assuming a full‑time FTE. Your starting rate will depend on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, your experience, education, and the union agreement (if applicable).

Preferred Qualifications
  • 1 year of Certified Nurse Midwife experience
  • Master’s degree in nursing or related field
