Our services include dedicated multi-specialty medical staff, obstetrical care, newborn care, and gynecology.

Women's Health Services We Offer- Obstetrics and Gynecology (OB/GYN)
- Urogynecology and Pelvic Floor Health
- Integrative and Holistic Medicine
- Perinatal Mental Health and Behavioral Health
- Preventive Care and Wellness Services
- Advanced Practice Provider (APP) Support in Urogynecology
- Seven labor and delivery sites with 11,713+ deliveries/year
- 45 OB/GYNs, 28 OB/OBGYN Hospitalists, 20+ CNMs, 15 MFM specialists, Urogynecology
- Nursing support for triage, prescription refills, initial OB intakes, in basket help
- Pap hub for pap result management and communication for entire Allina system
- After-hours answering service

Job Description- Certified Nurse Midwife provides full spectrum women's health care in a clinic setting including prenatal care, post-partum visits, family planning and office gynecology services
- Clinic time split between Owatonna and Faribault Women's Health clinics
- Midwifery collaborative support is provided by a supportive OB/Gyn and collaborative primary care physicians
- Follows standards for Nurse Midwifery Practice established by the American College of Nurse-Midwives and Minnesota statute.
- Professional Liability insurance including tail
- Clinic Only
- Bachelor's degree Graduate from Accredited School of Nursing
- Formal education as Nurse practitioner
- Licensed Registered Nurse - MN Board of Nursing required upon hire
- Certified Nurse Midwife - MN Board of Nursing required upon hire
- Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association
- Current BLS certification from the American Red Cross
- Allina in-house BLS training (within 30 days of hire)
- 1 year of Certified Nurse Midwife experience
- Master's degree In nursing or related field
Medium Work*:
Lifting weight Up to 32 lbs. occasionally (
* Allina Safe Patient Moving Policy), Up to 25 lbs. frequently
$130,000 to $145,000 per year
The pay described reflects the starting base pay range, assuming a full-time FTE. Your starting rate will depend on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, your experience, education, and the union agreement (if applicable).
