Role: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) providing patient care under supervision, collaborating with healthcare team, and participating in quality improvement projects.
Responsibilities- Deliver nursing care aligned with patient care plans, policies, and principles of relationship-based care.
- Collect patient data through observation and communicate findings to assist RNs and providers.
- Accept delegation from RNs and providers to meet patient and family needs.
- Contribute to team efforts, mentoring, and committee participation.
- Graduate or student of a Practical Nursing program, or recent LPN board pass.
- One year of LPN experience preferred; recent experience within last five years required if not recently graduated.
- Current LPN license and BLS certification from recognized providers (American Heart Association or Red Cross).
Skills & Attributes: Excellent communication, mentoring, and teamwork skills.
Additional Details: Full-time role with a schedule of Monday to Friday day shifts; cross-coverage may be required. Compensation ranges from $24.55 to $35.65/hour, with benefits eligibility.
