The Buyer provides administrative and operational support for quality‑related processes, including performance tracking, reporting, and coordination of internal and external feedback.

1st shift
Days:
Monday-Friday
- Supports the quality department with quality management system activities, including performance metrics, on‑time delivery tracking, quality trends, and stakeholder feedback.
- Maintains internal audit schedules, approved supplier lists, scrap and rework data, key process indicators, and overall quality reporting.
- Assists with compliance requirements by supporting audits, certifications, corrective actions, and quality documentation processes.
- Controls document management systems, including revisions to manuals, procedures, forms, drawings, and external specifications.
- Manages employee training matrices to ensure compliance with applicable quality and regulatory standards.
- Maintains customer records, portals, approval lists, and survey coordination as required by quality objectives.
- Uploads and maintains internal and external documents, usage reports, and quality records within electronic document systems.
- Supports quality administration through certification updates, document corrections, and master specification tracking.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or a related field, or equivalent purchasing experience.
- Professional supply chain certification preferred or willingness to obtain certification.
- Proficiency with standard business software, including Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience working with MRP or ERP systems; familiarity with manufacturing environments a plus.
