Arch Telecom’s Retail Associate Managers (RAM) work as part of a Retail Team to bring the brand to life. Our RAMs are brand ambassadors, creating energy and excitement around our products and services. They thrive in a fast‑paced, fun environment where customer needs are the first focus. This role is a learning position focused on building required skills and assisting the Retail Store Manager with operational duties.
WhatYou'll Do
- Help customers pick up right where they left off in their shopping journey, whether online, through Customer Care or in‑store
- Explore individual needs and provide hands‑on demonstrations of the latest and greatest technology in‑store
- Conduct side‑by‑side selling to find personalized solutions beyond the bare‑bones device and service plan, including accessories and IoT devices
- Guide customers through their purchasing experience with thoughtful questions, informative answers, and shared expertise
- Assist the Retail Store Manager with daily operations and coaching
- Demonstrate how our expanding coverage stacks up in a customer’s neighborhood, providing a lightning‑fast LTE network
- Explain how plans and services allow customers to live unlimited, stay connected, and go further
- Showcase how we’re redefining wireless, from device and account inspection to troubleshooting
- Collectively own the customer experience and resolve issues for a seamless, run‑around‑free environment
- Identify and hand off small‑business leads
- Develop strong peer relationships and hold each other accountable for the company’s success
- Provide a first‑class customer experience while having a good time
